Pricing: what our services cost
Every figure that appears on our service pages, gathered here — so you can compare without working through eleven pages, and so you know where you stand before you call.
We work with a fixed price or a cap agreed in advance. Analyses, reviews and remediation are fixed price; advisory and implementation work is charged on a day rate with a cap. We do not bill extra afterwards, we sell no software and we receive no commission from vendors. All amounts exclude VAT.

How we arrive at a price
For an analysis or review, four things determine the price, and we ask about them in the first call. The number of entities and licences: one Dutch BV is not the same as a group with operations in three countries. The number of systems holding client data and transactions, because each additional system is another set of connections to understand. The size and variation of the client base, because a representative sample grows with the variation. And the state of your documentation: a framework that was written once and never updated takes longer to work through than one that does not exist at all.
Remediation works differently. There the price is set not by the portfolio but by the number of files you genuinely need to touch, which is why we offer the baseline measurement separately: for € 1,950 you know whether you are paying for 1,400 files or for 600.
What is included
- The full report in editable form, with the underlying tables. You can put it in front of your supervisor, auditor or parent company unchanged.
- A discussion of the draft findings before the report is final, so factual errors are removed before they are recorded anywhere.
- A board presentation for the analyses and reviews where that adds value.
- Travel and accommodation within the Netherlands.
What is not included
- Implementation of what follows from an analysis, unless explicitly quoted.
- Software and licences. We neither sell nor broker them.
- Work on site outside the Netherlands.
- In a remediation: the cost of clients who do not respond. That risk sits with you, because you can influence it and we cannot. The risk of files turning out heavier than expected sits with us — hence the fixed price per file.
When we say no
Three situations in which we decline an engagement, whatever the budget. We do not review a framework we built ourselves — that would no longer be an independent opinion, so the final review goes to a third party. We do not complete files retroactively and we do not backdate documents, not even under pressure from a supervisor. And we do not accept work we cannot deliver: if it does not fit our expertise or our calendar, we say so in the first conversation. More on how we work.
Frequently asked questions about pricing
What does an AML/CFT gap analysis cost?
For a small to medium-sized institution, a Wwft gap analysis ranges from € 6,500 to € 12,500 excluding VAT, depending on the number of entities, systems and files in scope. You receive a fixed price or a cap up front. An AMLR gap analysis aimed at the 2027 regulation starts at € 4,950 excluding VAT.
Do you bill extra afterwards?
No. Analyses, reviews and remediation work are fixed price; advisory and implementation work on a day rate has a cap agreed in advance. If an engagement turns out to be larger than expected, we raise it before hours are spent, not afterwards on the invoice.
What is not included?
Implementing what follows from an analysis, unless explicitly quoted. Software and licences, because we do not sell them. Work on site outside the Netherlands. And in a remediation, the cost caused by clients who do not respond — that risk sits with you, because you can influence it and we cannot.
Do you receive commission from software vendors?
No. We sell no software and receive no commission, fee or kickback from vendors. Advice to replace or keep a system therefore never stems from an interest on our side.
Do you work with smaller firms?
Yes. Compliance-as-a-service starts at € 395 a month and is designed for institutions that fall under the Wwft but are too small for their own compliance officer.
